pgaming Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pgaming ("pgaming", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgaming website located at https://pgaming.org and all associated services, games, features, tools, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the pgaming platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pgaming platform and must not create or maintain an account.

Access to and use of the pgaming Service is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. pgaming takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs verification procedures to enforce this requirement.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Service, or are otherwise in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is lawful.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory restriction, or court order that prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pgaming, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full range of pgaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pgaming platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, payment method, or identity used — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials.
• Restricting access to your account-registered devices to prevent unauthorized use.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether conducted by you or any other person who gains access to your credentials.
• Notifying pgaming immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

pgaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. pgaming reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the pgaming platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pgaming supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at pgaming's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your pgaming account are credited for the purpose of wagering on the platform only. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pgaming does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. pgaming reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Processing Times: pgaming aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times depend on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification steps. pgaming does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements.

pgaming may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These promotional terms are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

General conditions applicable to all pgaming bonuses include:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• pgaming reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if it determines that the offer has been misused, abused, or claimed fraudulently.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds will expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotional terms.

pgaming reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of dispute regarding promotional eligibility or outcome, pgaming's decision shall be final and binding.

All games offered on the pgaming platform are provided for entertainment purposes. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game is not guaranteed. pgaming does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or winning result.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on pgaming:

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed by the system. pgaming is not liable for errors made by a player in placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts or game selections.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, pgaming reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stakes to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• pgaming reserves the right to impose individual player wagering limits at its sole discretion, including where such limits are requested by the player as part of a responsible gaming arrangement.
• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or verified live dealer formats to ensure fairness and integrity.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the pgaming platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, cheating, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the pgaming platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such discovery must be reported to pgaming support immediately.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pgaming staff or other users of the platform.

All content available on the pgaming platform — including but not limited to the pgaming name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations of data (collectively, the "Content") — is the exclusive property of pgaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content.
• Use the pgaming name, logo, or any trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the pgaming website on any other website or platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of pgaming's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgaming and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pgaming platform or Service.

pgaming's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgaming account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgaming does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

pgaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the pgaming platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgaming may be required by law or by applicable regulatory authorities to disclose personal data in connection with anti-money laundering investigations, identity verification requirements, or other legal processes. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of our Privacy Policy.

pgaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if pgaming reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• You no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
• pgaming is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all applicable verification checks and minus any amounts owed to pgaming.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting pgaming support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities you have to pgaming at the time of closure.

pgaming reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, pgaming will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pgaming platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. pgaming is not responsible for any failure on your part to review updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pgaming from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.

pgaming's platform and services are operated in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe a regulatory matter has not been adequately addressed may raise their concern through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.
